A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA, ESTABLISHING AN ALL-WAY STOP CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF WOLF CREEK DRIVE NORTH AND ANTELOPE PLACE AND FINDING THAT THE ACTION IS EXEMPT FROM CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) UNDER SECTION 15301(C) OF THE CEQA GUIDELINES
