That the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (TUMF) Program Agreement to reimburse TUMF Funds with Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) for the Diaz Road Expansion (Western Bypass - Rancho California Road to Cherry Street), City Project No. PW17-25, and Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment.
