That the City Council approve the ninth amendment to the agreement with David Evans and Associates, Inc., in the amount of $495,500, to provide continued professional services for right-of-way (ROW) acquisition support, utility coordination, additional environmental and permitting services, federal compliance support, and to extend the term of the agreement for the Diaz Road Expansion Project, PW17-25.
