Approve On-Call Agreements for Public Works Professional Services for Fiscal Years 2026-31
recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Approve the on-call agreements for Public Works Professional Services for the Department of Public Works for Fiscal Years 2026-31 for the following consultants: CHA Consulting, Inc., Harris & Associates, Inc., Kleinfelder Construction Services, Inc., MNS Engineers, Inc., Proactive Engineering Consultants, Inc., TKE Engineering, Inc., Wood Rodgers, Inc., and Z&K Consultants, Inc.; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement(s) to extend the term up to three (3) additional one-year terms as needed; and
3. Authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement(s) to adjust the billing rates based on changes to the Consumer Price Index for the Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario, CA metropolitan area annually.
