recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Award a construction contract to Loamic Builders, Inc. in the amount of $148,440 for the Sidewalks - Old Town Improvements - Additional Streetlights on Moreno Road and Mercedes Street (East of Old Town Front Street), PW22-17; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to approve construction contract change orders not to exceed the contingency amount of $14,844.00, which is equal to 10% of the contract amount; and
3. Make a finding that the Sidewalks - Old Town Improvements - Additional Streetlights on Moreno Road and Mercedes Street (East of Old Town Front Street), PW22-17 is exempt from Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan fees.
