recommendation
That the City Council approve the agreement with SWCA Incorporated dba SWCA Environmental Consultants for the Community Wildfire Protection Program in the amount of $296,026 and approve an appropriation and corresponding grant reimbursement revenue of $378,000 from CalFire to establish the Community Wildfire Protection Plan Capital Improvement Project.
