Award Construction Contract to Vido Samarzich, Inc. for the Bike Lane and Trail Program - Great Oak Trail Lighting Project, PW21-16
recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Award a construction contract to Vido Samarzich, Inc., in the amount of $227,000, for the Bike Lane and Trail Program - Great Oak Trail Lighting Project, PW21-16; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to approve construction change orders in an amount not to exceed $75,000, which is approximately 33% of the contract amount; and
3. Make a finding that the Great Oak Trail Lighting Project, PW21-16, is exempt from Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP) fees.
