recommendation

That the City Council:

 

1. Approve agreement with Department of California Highway Patrol Number 22R685003, in the amount of $150,000, for Construction Zone Enhanced Enforcement Program services for the I-15/French Valley Parkway Improvements - Phase II, Project Number PW16-01; and

 

2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
