That the City Council approve the fourth amendment to the minor maintenance agreement with Nieves Landscape, Inc., for landscape maintenance services for Fiscal Year 2024-25, in the amount of $2,918,844.96, and approve contingency for extra work in the amount of $583,768.99, which is 20% of the Fiscal Year 2024-25 agreement amount.
