Award Construction Contract to Vance Corporation for the Pauba Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project, PW25-05
recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Award a construction contract to Vance Corporation, in the amount of $2,039,471 for the Pauba Road Pavement Rehabilitation project, PW25-05; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to approve construction change orders up to $305,921 which is equal to 15% of the contract amount; and
3. Make a finding that Pauba Road Pavement Rehabilitation, PW25-05, is exempt from Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP) fees.
