That the City Council increase the City Manager’s authority to approve extra work by $200,000 to complete the design, environmental permitting and documentation, right-of-way acquisition, and other project oversite tasks as required under the Federal Highway Bridge Program (HBP) Grant for the Murrieta Creek Bridge at Overland Drive Project, PW16-05.
