Approve Purchase and Installation Agreement with CDW Government, LLC for Uninterruptible Power Supplies at City Hall

recommendation

That the City Council:

 

1.  Approve a purchase and installation agreement with CDW Government, LLC, for uninterruptible power supplies in the City Hall data center, in the amount of $294,716.56; and

 

2.  Authorize the City Manager to approve contract change orders up to 10% of the total contract, in an amount not to exceed $29,471.
