recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Approve the Design, Fabrication, Purchase and Installation agreement with Public Restroom Company for the Long Canyon Creek Park Restrooms Project, PW23-18, in the amount of $243,529; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to approve extra work authorizations not to exceed the contingency amount of $24,352.90, which is equal to 10% of the agreement amount.
