recommendation

That the City Council:

 

1.  Approve the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement for Consultant Services with Michael Baker International, Inc. for the Traffic Signal - Park and Ride Access Improvements, PW18-11, increasing the contingency amount by $12,466, and extending the term of the Agreement to June 30, 2024; and

 

2.  Increase the City Manager’s authority to approve Extra Work Authorizations by $12,466.
