Accept Improvements and File the Notice of Completion for the Vail Ranch Park Restrooms Project, PW23-06

recommendation

That the City Council:

 

1. Accept the design, fabrication, purchase, delivery, and installation of the Vail Ranch Park Restrooms Project, PW23-06, by Public Restroom Company as complete; and

 

2. Direct the City Clerk to file and record the Notice of Completion for Public Restroom Company; and

 

3. Release Public Restroom Company’s Labor and Materials Bond seven months after filing the Notice of Completion, provided no liens have been filed; and

 

4. Accept the construction of the Vail Ranch Park Restrooms Project, PW23-06, by Roadway Engineering & Construction Corp. as complete; and

 

5. Direct the City Clerk to file and record the Notice of Completion, release the Performance Bond, and accept a one-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the final contract amount for Roadway Engineering & Construction Corp.; and

 

6. Release Roadway Engineering & Construction Corp.’s Labor and Materials Bond seven months after the filing of the Notice of Completion, provided no liens have been filed.
