That the City Council approve the second amendment to the license agreement with the University Enterprise Corporation at California State University San Bernardino (CSUSB), on behalf of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at CSUSB, to extend the term and continue operation of the Temecula Entrepreneurial Resource Center at the TVE2 building located at 43200 Business Park Drive through June 30, 2030.
