Award Construction Contract to 3P Construction, Inc. for the Streetlight and Signal Communications Upgrade Project, PW23-13
recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Award a construction contract to 3P Construction, Inc., in the amount of $2,049,155 for the Streetlight and Signal Communications Upgrade Project, PW23-13; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to approve change orders not to exceed the contingency amount of $204,915.50, which is equal to 10% of the contract amount; and
3. Make a finding that the Streetlight and Signal Communications Upgrade Project, PW23-13, is exempt from Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan fees.
