That the City Council approve the agreement with Habitat for Humanity for the Temecula Home Repair Program and appropriate $500,000 from the Community Reinvestment Program Fund, as approved conceptually by Council as part of the COVID-19 Pandemic Community Reinvestment Program for Fiscal Year 2022-23.
