Award Consultant Agreement to Rincon Consultants for Citywide Community Wildfire Protection Plan (LR25-0464)
recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Approve an agreement for consultant services with Rincon Consultants in the amount of $607,897.40, for the preparation of a Citywide Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP); and
2. Authorize the City Manager to approve extra work authorizations not to exceed the contingency amount of $60,789.74, which is equal to 10% of the agreement amount.
