Award Construction Contract to Aster Construction Services for Ronald Reagan Sports Park Skate Park, PW22-07
recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Award a construction contract to Aster Construction Services in the amount of $4,276,862 for the Ronald Reagan Sports Park Skate Park, PW22-07; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to approve contract change orders up to 15% of the contract amount, $641,529.30; and
3. Make a finding that this project is exempt from Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan fees.
