Approve the Plans and Specifications for the Installation of Public Art for the Roundabout Improvements on Ynez Road, PW 18-06
recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Approve the plans and specifications for the installation of public art for the Roundabout Improvements on Ynez Road, PW18-06;
2. Approve an appropriation of $25,000 from the Public Art fund to the Roundabout Improvements on Ynez Road, PW18-06;
3. Approve a transfer of $100,000 from the Overland Drive Extension, PW16-06 to the Roundabout Improvements on Ynez Road, PW18-06;
4. Approve an increase to the contract contingency with Hillcrest Contracting, Inc., the contractor for the Roundabout Improvements on Ynez Road Project, PW18-06, in the amount of $100,000 and increase the authority of the City Manager to approve change orders by the same amount.
