That the Board of Directors adopt a resolution entitled:

 

RESOLUTION NO. CSD 19 -

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT DETERMINING THAT THE ACTIONS AUTHORIZED BY RESOLUTION NO. 2019-11 FOR THE EMERGENCY REPAIR OF DAMAGED ROADS INCLUDING LIEFER ROAD PURSUANT TO PUBLIC CONTRACT CODE SECTION 22050 HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND THERE IS NO LONGER A NEED FOR THE EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION
