That the City Council approve the amendments to annual agreements for construction management services, for the Department of Public Works, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Division for Fiscal Year 2019-20 as follows:
- CivilSource, Inc., Second Amendment, $400,000
- Falcon Engineering Services, Inc., Second Amendment, $400,000
- Wallace and Associates Consulting, Inc., Second Amendment, $400,000
