Approve Financial Statements for the 4th Quarter Ended June 30, 2019
recommendation
That the Board of Directors:
1. Receive and file the financial statements for the 4th quarter ended June 30, 2019;
2. Approve the following FY2018-19 appropriations:
A. Appropriate $147,625 from Fund 192 - Service Level B available fund balance to account 192.180.999.5319 - Street Lighting, to cover a budget shortfall.
B. Appropriate $8,237 from Fund 524 - Service Level C Zone 24 - Harveston available fund balance to account 524.180.999.5416 - Rehabilitation, to cover a budget shortfall.
3. Approve the following FY2019-20 Appropriation:
A. Appropriate $14,000 from Fund 190 - TCSD available fund balance to account 190.180.999.5610 - Capital Outlay, to augment existing funding and private contribution for the KMA Exhibit in the Council Chambers Lobby.
