That the City Council:
1. Approve the First Amendment to the Agreement for Consultant Services with Michael Baker International Inc. for the Traffic Signal - Park and Ride Access Improvements, PW18-11, increasing the contingency amount by $20,000;
2. Increase the City Manager’s authority to approve extra work authorizations by $20,000.
