Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Santa Margarita River Estuary Monitoring and Assessment Program
recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Commanding General, MCIWEST-MCB CAMPEN, the cities of Murrieta, Temecula, and Wildomar, the counties of San Diego and Riverside, and the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District; and
2. Authorize City Manager to execute the MOU on behalf of City of Temecula.
