Approve Third Amendment to the Agreement with Animal Friends of the Valleys, Inc. for Animal Control Services for Fiscal Year 2021-22

That the City Council approve the third amendment to the agreement with Animal Friends of the Valleys, Inc., in the amount of $120,000, for animal control services within Temecula City limits, for an amended total agreement amount that shall not exceed $720,000, and to extend the term by one year through June 30, 2022.
