That the City Council approve the Recycled Water Agreement between the City of Temecula, Rancho California Water District, and Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for the Murrieta Creek Flood Control, Environmental Restoration and Recreation Project, Phase IIA and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.
