Approve Financial Statements for the 3rd Quarter Ended March 31, 2021
recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Receive and file the financial statements for the 3rd quarter ended March 31, 2021; and
2. Appropriate $51,000 of available General Fund balance to the Covid-19 Emergency Response department to cover unanticipated costs related to the pandemic; and
3. Appropriate $1,700 of available General Fund balance to the Animal Control Department for unanticipated shelter operation expenditures; and
4. Appropriate $1,285,000 of available Vehicle and Equipment Replacement Fund Balance to cover the purchase of the Fire Truck, which was budgeted in a prior fiscal year but inadvertently not rolled forward into Fiscal Year 2020-21.
