That the Old Town Local Advisory Committee review the following proposals and provide general recommendations regarding the same.
A. Amend the Municipal Code to consolidate all Alcohol Standards into a New Chapter entitled, "Chapter 17.09 (Alcohol)" to include Type 90 Establishments, and create Class IV Entertainment License (Chapter 9.10)
B. Amend the Old Town Temecula Specific Plan to include provisions for Type 90 Entertainment Venues
C. Amend the Old Town Temecula Specific Plan to implement a one-year pilot program for outdoor live entertainment Temporary Use Permits (TUP)
