That the City Council adopt a resolution entitled:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA APPROVING THE 2021-22 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) WITH THE ADDITION OF PUBLIC COMMENTS, AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SUBMIT THE REPORT TO THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD)
