recommendation
That the City Council:
1. Approve an Agreement for Consultant Services with Labelle Marvin, Inc., in the amount of $106,500.00, for materials testing services for the Pavement Rehabilitation Program - Citywide, Meadowview Loop, PW18-10;
2. Authorize the City Manager to approve extra work authorizations not to exceed $10,650.00, which is equal to 10% of the agreement amount.
